Packages typically ship within 2-3 business days. Standard domestic shipping is free. I ship via USPS First Class or Priority, tracked and insured, unless a different service is requested. Once your order has shipped, delivery timeframes typically range from 1-5 business days (depending on your region). I do not automatically include a signature requirement for packages valued under $500. If security is a concern, please select the +$5 signature requirement option. Insurance coverage ends at the moment of delivery, and I can't assume liability for any lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered.

International shipping is available via the service of your choosing, and rates are calculated at checkout. Once your order has shipped, delivery timeframes typically range from 1-3 weeks (depending on your region). For orders over $500, I highly recommend shipping via UPS or DHL, which typically arrives within 3-6 business days and requires a signature upon delivery. The buyer is responsible for paying any associated customs processing fees or VAT (import taxes). I can't assume liability for any lost or stolen packages once your order has been marked as delivered.

Domestic orders: Returns or exchanges are gladly accepted on ready-to-ship collection items. Please notify me within three days of delivery if you would like to initiate a return, and I will send you a return shipping label. Once the item is received back to me, I will refund your purchase, less the full cost of the return label and a 10% restock fee. All items must be in the same condition in which they were received with original packaging. Damaged or incomplete returns will not be accepted, so please package your returns securely. Returns are not accepted on made-to-order pieces, vintage, special collaborations, promotional offers or layaway. All pieces that have been customized to the buyer (e.g. re-sized, lengthened/shortened or engraved), are final sale. I am no longer able to accept returns on international orders as a general rule, but please reach out to me if you have any concerns.

Besides the installment pay options available at checkout, I am happy to offer layaway on pieces $500 and up. I simply ask for a downpayment of 50% to reserve the piece, and the remainder paid within a mutually agreed-upon timeframe (the payment schedule is up to you, please just let me know in advance and I will coordinate reminders).
