1.46cttw Old Euro Two Diamond Ring (OOAK) IN PLATINUM
A matched pair of antique, very faintly yellow old European cut diamonds (VS2-SI1 N-P) tilt in towards each other in a diagonally sliced flush setting, at the center of a squared off, tapered band with comfort fitted interior. I started my carving with the intention of creating an open toi-et-moi ring, but changed course when I saw this design taking shape in the wax. The sliced but connected setting forms both an incredibly secure sanctuary for these special stones, as well as a lovely visual conversation. Cast in heavyweight (yet comfortable, and so wearable) platinum.
Fits a size 5. Resizable. 21.5 grams.
