A melodic bar link chain, with bells dripping down across the center of the necklace, hand-forged in fine sterling silver (tests above 925 purity). Heavy, with a beautiful weight, feel and sound (when you run it through your hand, or dance). This piece is a pared-down iteration of an early design dating to sometime between 1940-1946, though the link detail is an even earlier element to the Spratling catalogue (post 1931). Full Taxco hallmarks on the back of the integrated hook clasp.
