Casa Spratling Jade Ribbon Stone Bracelet in Sterling Silver
A gorgeous bracelet, featuring Spratling's classic flat bar Single Ribbon link, outfitted with gorgeous, large bezel-set Guatemalan jade discs in a deep, speckled green. Hand forged from fine sterling silver (tests above 925). The ribbon links and jade sections alternate between wide rings for exemplary movement and feel. Full Taxco hallmarks on the integrated disc shaped box clasp. Incredibly flattering and comfortable against the wrist.
In Spratling's day, this design was made with a variety of materials, including metales casados (married metals), malachite, onyx and turtle shell, and dates to very early on in the history of the workshop, around the 1930's.
