C. 1980's. A wonky and tactile 14k woven mesh rope chain. This is a great layering piece, it is dainty and delicate while still giving a strong rope feel. These rope chains are always a special find, and the craft going into each design is always impeccable. There are some bends and imperfections to the weft, which is to be expected with vintage gold mesh, and in my opinion, part of its beauty - yet reflected in the price. Purity and hallmarks stamped on clasp findings. Slightly adjustable.
