C. 1990’s sterling silver swinging pendulum necklace suspended on a silk chord. The mechanical aspect of this necklace is absolutely mesmerizing. The end sphere is perfectly weighted, delicately held by a tapered wand suspended by a perfect half sphere in which the chord is looped through. This piece could properly function as a pendulum if the wearer pleases. The weight of this piece is incredibly grounding and the movement and feel is so visually and tactilely stimulating.
