C. 1980’s. Lovely pair of sterling silver earrings with riveted pearls. The negative space and shapes captured in this pair are breathtaking. The rectangle panel is hollow in the back, with the rivets pierced through. Each end has been hand forged and slightly hammered the flatten the ends, securing the rivets. Converted from standard French backs to a handmade long hook clasp, where I felt this special pair would shine most brightly. Purity stamped on the inside of each rectangle.
