Modernist Tapered Perfume Pendant in Sterling Silver
C. 1990’s with a decidedly modernist, dare-I-say Brancusi-esque energy! Incredibly fine-crafted, hand-carved and cast sterling silver perfume/snuff pendant with beveled top and narrow, tapered body. A sleek and well designed bottle to hold a perfume, essential oil, perhaps a tiny scrolled-up prayer or affirmation. The top half unscrews so seamlessly it's nearly invisible. This piece is heavy, it’s such a grounding weight and feel. The sleek angles compliment its size and shape well, and the hole is thoughtfully included to fit a variety of chains. Hallmarks stamped near the top.
